- Plan Ahead: Give yourself an adequate amount of time to complete your tasks. Start working on tasks days before it is due so the day before you can either review your completed work or not have to stress about getting everything done in the last second.
- Review Nightly: Before going to bed, review your day. What went great about it? How could it have gone better? What was something new that you tried? By reviewing your day each night, you are able to plan ahead to better execute your goals. Self-monitoring is a skill that is necessary for success!
