Holiday Time Management

Can't get them to sleep because they're too wired during the holidays? It's important to take a few minutes at the end of the day to sit in a quiet spot and talk about how the day went. Take that same time to review the schedule for tomorrow. Remember, fewer surprises mean smoother days to an ADHD child.
