In week 1, we discussed the importance of writing your personal affirmation each morning.  We hope you have been using your journal and starting each day with positivity.
 
Now let's take this one step further and end our day with gratitude.  Ending your day with gratitude may help you sleep better.  Negative emotions can keep you tossing and turning.  Getting into bed with more positive emotions, calm and happiness may help improve your quality of sleep.
